This page explains what Early Ring collects through earlyring.com and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Your website and email, when you request a free callback test.
• Your name, email and any notes, if you book a call with us.
• Basic visit data (pages viewed, device type, rough location), if we use privacy-friendly analytics. It doesn't identify you personally.

How we use it

• To run your callback test: we fill out your website's contact form the way a customer would and time how long your shop takes to respond.
• To email you the result and follow up about Early Ring.
• To improve this website.

When we run the test, we use our own contact details in your form, not anyone else's.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We store it with the tools we use to run the business, such as Google Workspace (email and spreadsheets) and our scheduling tool. They hold it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we're in touch with you, and delete it when you ask or when it's no longer needed.

Your choices

Email us at [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we have about you, or to stop hearing from us. Every email we send also lets you opt out.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
